Australian designer Collette Dinnigan channeled a Twenties flapper vibe in her collection of neo-Lolita frocks, sheer lace blouses and skirts worn with rhinestone-encrusted knee-high lace socks, or slim cocktail dresses encrusted with silver bugle beads in Art Deco-inspired patterns.
